vince, i think that’s because people can’t draw that quickly, and not too many people wanna show their art because
a) they’re too shy,
Or
b) they don’t wanna participate.
honestly, ya should keep them up.
I'm sure people would just trow pictures that aren't related to the theme on purpose.
Hey, I'm sure that a lot of people would try to draw something relevant but if they don't then to get around it couldn't we tell them to post it on another thread where it would be relevant? So that then they can still show it but not be too put down? Since Psuet said that people may not post due to being shy wouldn't it be easier if there was a thread just for artwork for everyone to see?
So there'd be the a thread for artwork that can be posted into whenever and still be threads for art shows that would have specific themes such as this one which revolves around Thanksgiving and the last one with Halloween?
It's just a thought so that everyone can show their artwork and not feel as bad if their comment/ artwork got deleted for not being relevant to the theme. Since if someone was shy and posted it just for it to be deleted then it could put them off of being inclined to post again if they were told that it wasn't relevant to the theme and should instead be moved to a different thread then I don't think they'd feel as bad compared to if it got deleted.
But, then again I don't know if there are already art threads for this wiki, though, I think it might get the community spirit going I mean it'd allow people to see others artwork as well as for them to participate and it'd give them more of a chance to show off their work like how the art shows normally function just that instead of it being a certain theme it'd allow people to post all year round rather than for just one time of year for that specific event so that it'd always be relevant.
Ah, I've written out an essay again. But I do really like the art shows.
