Meowey is the main antagonist of Undercats, as well as the Final Boss of the Neutral Route.
Meowey is a talking flower, with six bright-cyan petals, two on the top being pointed, resembling cat ears, and the others being regular, rounded petals. He has a white androecium, and a light-green stem. He can mimic the facial expressions of other characters. He has the facial expression of a cat, similar to the :3 emoticon.
Initially, Meowey operates under a façade of friendliness and adorableness. He often greets the protagonist with southern slang, such as "Meowdy!", calls himself "your best pet," and, like his father, appends polite words such as "gosh" and "golly" to the ends of his sentences. Whenever he drops this guise of cuteness, he often calls the protagonist an "retard."
Meowey has a malevolent and cruel disposition, berating the protagonist for not following his "kill or be killed" philosophy. He is also shown to be extremely cowardly, as he kills his former father to appease the protagonist in a vain attempt to save his own life in the Genocide Route's conclusion
Meowey is the first character the protagonist meets. He introduces the bullet board to them. He throws "catnip leaves" at the protagonist, which are actually bullets. After the protagonist gets hit/avoids them, either way, Meowey will form a ring of harmful bullets around them, trapping them without any chance to escape-until Toriel finds them and manages to save them by hitting the evil flower with a fireball.
At the end of a Neutral Route, after defeating Asgore, Meowey will kill Asgore if the protagonist decides to spare him. If they kill him, Meowey will still come and finish him off. Later, he absorbs the six human SOULS to transform into Photoshop Meowey.
After everyone is seen together, he will trap everyone in vines to absorb all the SOULS-both human and monster, to transform into his old-self.
